Evidence Overview
On December 2, 1999, Mike Goetz webcast the birth of his daughter, Stephanie Ann Goetz, from Denton Regional Medical Center in Denton, Texas, using consumer equipment and a dial-up connection.
The camera was positioned so the delivery could be documented without exposing the mother. The feed was sent via laptop and dial-up connection to You-On-Tv.com for live viewing.
An edited preserved copy shows Mike starting the laptop and explaining they are going online, and documents the birth including the still photo used as the primary image above.
